re-Fresh is a FREE 15 minute guided meditation for all who want to participate. If you have difficulty making time to meditate OR if you're just not sure where to start... join us for some much needed self-care and grounding (earthing), both physically and mentally.
I've recently added meditation to my daily habits and it has been very beneficial. The days where I meditate in the morning seem to be the most productive and relaxed compared to when I don't meditate. Because of this, I wanted to give people the opportunity to try this new habit for themselves.
We will find a relaxing spot in Forsyth Park near the fountain/Gaston end of the park. There will be towels and mats for you to use. All you need is yourself, 10-15 minutes, and something comfortable to wear.
There will be a donation jar if you feel moved to contribute. All funds will either go to a local non-profit or be used to support future re-Fresh events.
